Avid rider from Florida? Kinda like 318 miles and only 11 turns Florida? Does it count as miles traveled if you never have to turn or change spread?

1000 miles? Did you document it and get your Iron Butt plate for a Saddle Sore 1000?

Oh and I am an avid rider, came here from Florida where we can ride all year long. Took a little trip on my bike from N fort Myers, Fl to Watford City ND last year, What a trip and I did this alone.. on the last day I did 1000 miles..

Lots of good twisty roads in all directions, or more scenic roads up through "horse country". I suggest picking up a DeLome Gazzeter Map book for Kentucky and checking out the information it contains. Lots of natural features and historical places to check out all around the state, but especially in the central bluegrass around Lexington and heading south. Kentucky has as good of riding roads as anywhere in the country IMO, just not as well known as some other states perhaps.
